These terms apply when you use the website sreeankurawomenfertilityandchildrenshospital.com or communicate with Sree Ankura Women, Fertility & Children's Hospital, Siddipet on WhatsApp. By using these services you agree to these terms.
1. Not for emergencies
Our website and WhatsApp number are not emergency services. In an emergency, including labour or a sick newborn, call 108 or come directly to the hospital. Do not wait for a reply to a message.
2. Information only, not medical advice
Content on our website and in our messages is general information about the hospital, its doctors, services and events. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for consultation. Always consult a doctor in person about your health.
3. Appointments and treatment
- Appointment requests made on WhatsApp are confirmed only when our staff reply to confirm them.
- Timings may change because of emergencies or doctor availability; we will try to inform you in advance.
- Fertility treatments (such as IUI, IVF and ICSI) are offered after consultation and require separate informed consent. Outcomes vary from patient to patient and cannot be guaranteed.
- Fees and charges are as displayed or communicated at the hospital.
4. WhatsApp messages
- By sharing your mobile number with the hospital, you agree to receive messages about your appointments and hospital updates on WhatsApp.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by informing the front desk.
- Please do not send abusive content or unrelated promotional messages.
5. Your responsibilities
Please give correct contact details and use our services lawfully. Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.
6. Intellectual property
The hospital's name, logo, text and images belong to Sree Ankura Hospital or are used with permission, and may not be copied without written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
We take care to keep information accurate and services available, but do not guarantee that the website or WhatsApp service will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the hospital is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information on the website or in messages.
